Emerge Yoga is a unique style of traditional vinyasa (movement guided by breath) with a strong emphasis on mental focus and physical alignment. In addition, we also offer an eclectic mix of other stretching and fitness classes. From chill and stretchy to super sweaty, there’s something for everyone. We believe that strength and flexibility (of both the body and mind) are integral in achieving optimal health. Whether you’re flowing through a yoga sequence, decompressing in a hammock, or building core stability with TRX, all of our classes blend a dose of mindfulness into the mix.
